Merry Christmas!

To all who join us here, we hope you can reflect with thanksgiving for this and past Christmases.
Family and Friends bring fulfillment to life.

This year we have gained a new daughter, (Paige), a granddaughter, (Kennedy), lost a brother, (Bill), witnessed a miracle with the restoration of life for our father, (DeLore), lost a step mother, (Beverly), have renewed old friendships, (Clyde and Betty), (Jay and Laura), (Dave and Kim)
witnessed a military retirement, (Kim), and stood at the tomb of the unknown soldier. Many new friendships have been formed with hopes of continued association. We have witnessed the turmoil in families as they adjust to hardships.

Let us make one anothers burdens a little lighter with kind words and deeds, you never know when just the right word or deed will show up at just the right time. We are all in this together.

The Beach Family - August 2009

Big Brothers love their little sister. Can you tell???

We have a new grand-daughter. Kennedy Ann Perkins. She was born at 2:20 p.m. on Monday March 9. She was a keeper at 8 pounds 12 oz. with a MOP of dark, thick hair. Grandma was privileged to be there for her birth.

30 years

On Saturday we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary! Here we were back then...and now!!! We had our pictures taken by the very talented Jen Klingensmith. We had a delicious dinner at Ruth's Chris Steak House and then celebrated with 3 of our 5 children this evening. Many, many more to come!!! (not children...but years together!)

I saw this great thing on Rachael's blog and thought it would be fun to put on ours. You go to Wordle and put in your blog and it takes common words, etc. and makes this great picture. Fun!
